I put in .upsinit the option to not to load ld-linux. But also I discovered that since the system I got has many symbolic links to libc.so, libm.so and so on, that was causing the simbols to appear more than once. Hence , the corresponding warning. So I had to put noload's for all the symlinks. Thanks a lot for the help! I can go now back to debug.
