debug a long running time code

Hello,

I am testing a simulation program, it will run 2 hours each time. I
found the error when the code ran aound 1 hour. I set breakpoint there,
but I need to spend 1 hour reaching the point each time.

Can I set two breakpoints? So I can restart the code from the 1st point
after I modify something in the 2nd point.
