    UPS license
    -----------
Starting with 3.38-beta1 UPS will be released under the GNU GPL.

    SourceForge
    -----------
There is now an UPS project on SourceForge.
The UPS web site address is now http://ups.sourceforge.net/
The project page for UPS is http://sourceforge.net/projects/ups/

The original web site at http://www.concerto.demon.co.uk/UPS/ will
remain and both sites will be maintained for some time. The main
change is that files for download will only be on SourceForge.

Are people interested in making use of the various SourceForge
features (forums, bug tracking, CVS etc.) ?

    3.38-beta1
    ----------
This adds support for DWARF format debugging information as used by
GCC 3.1 and later. DWARF support is in its early stages : debugging
C programs should work but C++ and Fortran can cause problems.

This is available off the UPS project page on SourceForge :
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/ups/

If you try it please email me the OS and compiler version you are using,
whether it built cleanly (expect compiler warnings in 3rd part code),
differences in behaviour from previous UPS versions, bugs etc.

Thanks to Tom Hughes for testing early version of DWARF support and also
for providing other enhancements - see CHANGES file for details.
