UPS is now available for download from SourceForge using anonymous CVS.
The instructions are here : http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=65031

Only use this if you want to track the development work; there is no
guarantee that what is there will always be in a usable state. 

Changes from beta1 are

DWARF/C   : no longer ignores members of 'union' types
DWARF/C++ : finds the base class (sometimes)
DWARF/C++ : stopped the panic "bad type in ta"
general   : part of the patch for editing bitfields had got rejected
